• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Experience in a similar position is required;
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office;
• Aptitude in problem-solving;

• Excellent communication and people skills.

Descrierea jobului

• Coordination of all recruiting processes for entry and mid levels;
• Organisation and delivery of internal training;
• Implementation and follow up on HR events calendar (external training, happy hours, team buildings;
• Support and follow up on annual employee satisfaction questionnaire (implementation and follow up);
• Delivery of induction training for new comers;
• Sustain one-to-one discussions with new employees (3-6 months from starting date);
• Delivery of ad-hoc HR reports.
