Our client is an important multinational production company, located in Timis County.
Recruitment and Integration Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Full execution of the recruitment process from job-intake, designing job advertisements, phone screening, interviewing, regular communication with candidates and Hiring Managers until the fulfilment of the vacancies;
- Discuss, negotiates and agrees with Hiring Managers the recruitment strategy and profile of the ideal candidate;
- Using and continuously seeking for creative and innovative sourcing and networking techniques to identify and attract the best talents on the market;
- Maintains the relationship with recruitment agencies and organizes selection for direct productive staff (qualified and unqualified);
- Coordinates company internship and trainee programs;
- Actively involved in employer branding activities in order to promote the company image on the local market (. partnerships with universities, participation at job fairs, internships, etc.);
- Develops and updates job description;
- Coordinates the induction and orientation process of all new employees and make recommendations for its improvement;
- Conduct exit interviews with employees that request to leave the company in order to identify possible problems;
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Minimum three years of experience on similar position
- English language: conversational level
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Initiative and perseverance
