Recruitment and Integration Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Full execution of the recruitment process from job-intake, designing job advertisements, phone screening, interviewing, regular communication with candidates and Hiring Managers until the fulfilment of the vacancies;
• Discuss, negotiates and agrees with Hiring Managers the recruitment strategy and profile of the ideal candidate;
• Using and continuously seeking for creative and innovative sourcing and networking techniques to identify and attract the best talents on the market;
• Maintains the relationship with recruitment agencies and organizes selection for direct productive staff (qualified and unqualified);
• Coordinates company internship and trainee programs;
• Actively involved in employer branding activities in order to promote the company image on the local market (. partnerships with universities, participation at job fairs, internships, etc.);
• Develops and updates job description;
• Coordinates the induction and orientation process of all new employees and make recommendations for its improvement;
• Conduct exit interviews with employees that request to leave the company in order to identify possible problems;

Requirements:

• University degree;
• Minimum three years of experience on similar position
• English language: conversational level
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Initiative and perseverance
