We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our People Development & Recruitment Team in Timisoara, capable toversee the recruitment process from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to designing of the overall recruiting strategy as well as implement the defined strategy;
- Conduct briefings with Hiring Managers and set expectations for recruitment processes;
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
- Support and advice Hiring Managers inttracting and retaining the best talent;
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build and attract relevant talent pools;
- Source, select and interview appropriate candidates and propose them to Hiring Managers;
- Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process;
Match Your Skills
Mandatory skills:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter in a relevant industry environment (minimum 3 years);
- Experience of recruiting for IT roles;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong decision-making skills;
- Planning and organizing skills.
