Main purpose of the role:
The main objective of the Recruitment Manager role is to provide an efficient recruitment service for Humangest Group and SGB Humangest Holding customers and candidates. Working as part of the Humangest Group team, you would lead a fifteen-person recruitment team and the recruitment business line.
The role will suit an applicant with previous strong recruitment experience, ideally with a recruitment provider of HR solutions. Your role will be varied and rewarding. Core Responsibilities
- Coordinating the recruitment line of business for both legal entities of SGB Humangest in Romania (Bucharest and Timisoara)
- Managing and leading a team of 15 members - which are a mix of experienced and more junior team members working in office and remote
- Coordinating all stages of the recruitment process from advertisement to offer, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all points of the recruitment lifecycle
- Driving creative and strategic approach to recruiting, developing and improving sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates
- Facilitating and leading meetings, key initiatives and projects with recruiting team and customers
- Supporting and consulting with hiring managers throughout the full process from identifying resource needs, advertising, short-listing, interviews and assessments
- Analysing data and metrics to support business decisions and strategy
- Developing successors and increasing the value added by the members through employee performance evaluation
- Acting as a single point of contact for customers regarding recruitment topics
- Taking complex managerial decisions and responsible for providing solutions to various recruitment issues
- Sending weekly reports to customers on the status of their open positions
- Ensuring that CV’s and all candidate data is stored privately and securely and that candidate information including CV’s is held in accordance with Humangest Privacy Policies and in line with GDPR regulations
- Designing, planning and executing employer branding activities together with Marketing
Skills and experience

- Knowledge and experience of the wider HR/people function
- Experience of successfully managing the entire recruitment process from candidate attraction through to offer and acceptance; would be an advantage a recruitment experience gained in an agency
- Experience of developing innovative, scalable solutions to deliver on management and volume resourcing needs, expert in using the recruitment platforms and the social media channels for talent attraction, employer branding and recruitment purposes
- Experience in using selection and assessment tools
- Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team using problem solving skills
- Planning and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding written & verbal communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize the workload
- Tenacious and results orientated
- Ability to motivate employees
- Account management capabilities in relation to our clients
- Fluent in English
- Italian knowledge would be considered an advantage
- Experience with MS Office 365
