Recruitment Manager

In this role, you will be driving talent demand & supply across one or multiple countries in EMEA, by partnering with the local recruitment team and Genpact business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 8-10+ junior and senior recruiters, located in Europe, in a mix of office set-up and remote set-up
• Coordinate volume recruitment through rightful team allocation, monitoring & reporting on the progress
• Own the adherence to all internal policies, as well as key recruitment metrics (Cost per hire, On time fill rate, Diversity hiring etc)
• Promote multiple staffing channels in order to deliver maximum requirement like Direct to talent (Portals; Social Media; Job Fairs; etc.), Referrals, and external partners, while maintaining quality of hire
• Provide timely and quality recruitment and selection reports

Preferred qualifications

• Ability to interact at multiple levels in the organization with internal clients, as well as with external partners
• Very good understanding of the local talent pool and hiring practices
• Ability to drive compliance & process adherence
• Experience in leading complex recruitment project across geographies in a remote set-up is desirable
• Previous experience in a similar role and environment will be an advantage
