We’re looking for passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 2 year contract, who will act as partner for our line managers, handling multiple recruitment processes across the organization and provide “high touch” client service to both Hiring Managers and candidates.
A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Recruitment:
- You will lead the recruitment processes form junior to senior level positions for different businesses and support functions, with a focus on Sales type positions
- You will work with the Hiring Managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, from setting the profile to conducting testing and interviews and extending the employment offer
- You will negotiate offers, coordinate post-offer activities, and ensure new hires are fully prepared for their start date
- You will facilitate a positive candidate experience and maintain the integrity and compliance of the selection process, all while upholding hiring standards
- You will track key process measures and maintain the online applicant tracking system (Success Factors)
- When needed, you will organize internal assessment centers
- You will follow-up with the Employee Services Specialist to ensure the hiring of the employee as per agreed timeframe
- You will offer support to the line managers in setting up the onboarding activities for the new employees and in equipment allocation
Employer Branding:
- You will be our ambassador for the external candidates, embedding our new EVP in all our assets and communications
- You will organize the local youth dedicated events (job fairs, training, webinars, CV clinics, Company presentations) run by Nestle or our partners.
- You will generate communication content for Social Media and for Nestle’s profile on various platforms
- You will prepare and run communication campaigns for the events together with the Communication team
- You will collaborate with a reginal Recruitment Marketing Team to participate at various Social Media Employer Branding campaigns run by them
- You will make sure our recruitment assets (nestle career site, job boards etc) are up to date
- You will research the current labor market and trends and ensure the our Employment Branding is relevant to our target candidates and maintains a competitive edge
What will make you successful
- At least 3 years experience in recruitment and experience with behavior based interviewing.
- Previous experience in employer branding is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Romanian
- Understanding of the Social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)
- Strong project management skills - planning, coordination, follow-up, deadline management
