Job Requirements:
- Manage and deliver end to end recruitment processes (internal and external), from sourcing to interviews and offer acceptance;
- Conduct job interviews, test candidates and propose shortlists of candidates to internal clients;
- Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline through research, networking, direct sourcing and cold calling, social media websites;
- Manage applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process;
- Partner with operations management, so that recruitment and selection of employees meet business needs;
- Provide quality recruitment and selection process information to hiring managers;
- Update the recruitment tools efficiently and in a timely manner;
- Organize and participate in various Recruitment projects and events;
- Promoting and manage company’s image in social media (LinkedIn; Facebook) by posting news and information about internal/external events;
- Creating materials (posts, flyers, images, small movies) in order to promote our company in various recruitment actions;
- Monitor trial period for new colleagues and offer support and feedback to new employees and also to hiring managers.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience working with human resources principles, practices and procedures;
- Fluency in French language- min. B2 (reading, writing and speaking);
- PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Recruitment tools, etc.;
- Integrity, responsibility and motivated by the organizational values;
- Analytical & attention to details skills; problem solving abilities and flexibility;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills;
- Excellent team player, goal oriented person;
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
