Detailed Description and Job Requirements

 

The Oracle Talent Advisory System Analyst will have a primary focus on Taleo and Oracle Cloud Recruiting for the following (but not limited to):

Testing:

  • All TA systems, integrations, end to end, and regression testing efforts
  • Capturing and reviewing TA systems requirements
  • Assisting in the preparation of test cases / scenarios
  • Documenting and evaluating testing results and defects, track and manage defects with HRIS and OAL

    • Training:

  • Creates and conducts TA Systems training programs
  • Provides 1:1 coaching / training for end users who need more personalized attention
  • Attends various project team meetings responsible for developing new products or planning upgrades to existing TA systems

    • Support:

  • Develops in-depth / SME level understanding of all TA Systems
  • Provides first line support to TA related to TA Systems
  • Works with TA to research issues raised by TA end users
  • Creates support tickets as necessary based on issues brought up by TA
  • Monitors and manages the support ticket to resolution (escalating as necessary)

    • System Adoption and Enablement:

  • As a SME, is constantly monitoring new features / updates to all TA systems
  • Constantly monitors the TA end user usage of all current system features and functionalities to determine areas of opportunity to focus on (for training opportunities)
  • Evaluates trends in issues to determine if these are areas for deeper dives on system training, enhancements, or potential system bug identificatio
