Recruitment Team Lead

The role:

The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for guiding a team, dedicated to the management of the end-to-end recruitment activity.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating the approval process for job openings (offer approvals), co-defines recruitment needs with Business Manager/Technical Managers
• Works closely with Business Manager/Technical Managers for sourcing and selecting the best fit candidates (participates in recruitment process steps in final stages), elaborates the hiring offer, working contract and all necessary documentation (pre-boarding in terms of legal/administrative topics)
• Management of a team of Recruiters responsible for the management of all permanent roles. Delegating tasks and set project deadlines
• reporting KPIs of recruiting department / preparing and control recruiting budgets
• Stay up to date on labour legislation and maintaining an up to date knowledge and awareness of the external / internal marketplace
• Updating current and design new recruiting procedures (. job application processes);
• Implementing new sourcing methods;
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or Technical University;
• Proven work experience in a senior role as a Recruitment Consultant/Coordinator or HR Business Partner
• Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the engineering market
• Knowledge of the recruiting market, to attract a high caliber of potential candidates for vacant positions and build talent pipelines that align with workforce planning and organizational goals
• Hands-on attitude; acts with high level of initiative;
• Works well in a very dynamic, global, fast-paced environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills;
• Experience with organizing training programs
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
• English -B2/C1 level;
