What we’re looking for

A teammate for monitoring and coordinating mobile access network maintenance activities, interested in technical challenges, with skills in digital transformation through automation initiatives, passionate for efficiency, performance and continuous improvement, willing to collaborate and share his knowledge with teammates

What you’ll be doing 

• Monitor operational (incidents, changes, problems) and maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) in your area of responsibility.
• Initiate and provide support in operational activity and processes optimization by assessing automation opportunities across the business areas.
• Monitor the network's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Performance Indicators (PI) and prepare performance reports; analyze the evolution of the indicators and propose corrective actions if necessary
• Performs field inspection actions to assess the quality of service providers' activity as well as the state of the ORO network / infrastructure, this including aspects of occupational health and safety and environmental protection.

  What you need to know/have

• Good knowledge of Mobile Access Network architecture & topology (including RAN, TRANS, Environment domains)
• Data manipulation and visualization through: Grafana, Kibana, Tableau, Qlik, or scripting (Bash, Python) skills
• Good understanding in digital transformation and translating business strategy to automation through analytics & AI technologies (Data Analytics, RPA)
