YOUR TASKS

• You will be responsible for managing logistics projects for harmonization and standardization of logistics processes, mainly related to SAP MM module;
• Conduct analyses, identify improvement potential and follow up with the Electronics production sites from Europe;
• 2nd level support to European Electronics production sites and contact person for questions related to SAP consignment processes and Packaging management;
• Maintain communication with suppliers regarding ASN and returnable packaging materials;
• Support and advise production sites within responsibility, on best practices in the area of expertise;
• Optimization and further development of the current processes as well as error analysis and elimination;
• Monitor clearing activities and implementation of advance shipping notification;
• Conduct Material Label implementation projects with suppliers;

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Good knowledge of SAP MM module and experience within SAP on consignment processes;
• University degree (Bachelor);
• +3 years of experience in logistics processes (preferably in the automotive industry) with focus on material management and/or supplier management;
• Experience in Project Coordination;
• Fluency in English is needed, and German language represents an advantage;
• You should have good negotiation skills and good personal skills, such as integrity, fair judgment, analytical skills;
• Self-motivated to propose process and system improvements and lead projects/initiatives;
