Primary Objectives
- Support National growth by creating and refining powerful recruiting and retention systems for Real Estate Agents
- Supports the Management Team in open new branches in the country
- Provide administrative assistance to the Management Team, including basic accountability functions
- Support the Management Team in implementing a national training program.
Regular Work Activities
- Learn the KW models and systems for agents, Market Centers, and regions
- Attends KW events as directed by the Region
- Prepares Regional Leadership meeting agendas, meeting rooms, materials, and reminds
attendees
- Ensures that all events are profitable by reviewing event budgets, tracking forms, and
controlling costs
- Assists OPs, TLs, MCAs, and RD with questions and needs regarding recruiting, training,
and budgeting efforts
- Supports Regional Leadership with franchise growth and other goals
- Creates newsletter and reports
- Maintains communications via mail, email, and skype
- Maintains all computer data
- Supports the Market Centers MCAs.
