You are

You will be responsible for the complete Operational life cycle management of both short and long-term deliverables, including but not limited to the planning, coordinating, implementation and tracking of a specific deliverable. In addition, your role is responsible for managing deliverables across international teams and third-party contractors / consultants as well as being able to identify, assess and escalate issues in order to minimize potential project risks.

You will implement the vision of the Head of European Development Center in close colaboration with Global Management by creating a detailed execution plan and help determine values, mission and plans for short and long-terms goals.

You have the capability to assess the effectiveness of the company in the market and make regular efficiency assessments of the economic indicators based on the industry trends and market development. Your actions will allow us to quickly respond to any situation that may appear without harming the company brand, staff and main activity. 

You have experience in implementing management tools - developing, creating and reviewing operational policies and procedures in international enviroments. 

The main goal in your activity is to focus your attention on the result, by creating strategies and work tools which will help our business be more efficient and productive. 

We will need you to help us promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Also, to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and to do the calculation of the resources required to complete projects delivery. 

You will offer inspired leadership and support for all employees at all levels, enable clear communication channels with all management teams across the region, manage and monitor the staff performance, provide proper training and ensure access to all tools needed for optimal work delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM software.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and balance sheet.
• Superior computer skills, including MS Office suite.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, expresses ideas and thoughts both verbally and in written form in English.
