Goal
Implement procurement processes, organization and value in regional procurement organization.
Job Description
- Identifies, coordinates and performs initiatives within region
- Implements strategic projects and contracts
- Sets up the sub-regional procurement organization establishment of operative procurement processes in country organizations we are missing
- Development of procurement staff within region
- Defines activity roadmap for the region, aligns with Head of Procurement EMEA and implements it in the region
- Assure compliance with applicable laws, ethical standards, policies and codes of business conduct
Required
- Extensive work experience in international procurement organization (8-10 years)
- Experience working in cross-cultural teams
- Extensive experience in implementation of new organizational structures and change management
- Leadership experience
- Experience in project management
- Proven track record of cross functional collaboration in a matrix organization

- Regional experience and strong cross-cultural awareness and leadership capability
- Ability to interface with multiple levels of an organization internally and externally
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Goal oriented
- Ability to develop regional business cases and strategic business plans
- Independent, self-motivated and possess a positive attitude, operating well in a team environment that is focused on collaboration and accountability
- Excellent presentation and strong communications skills, both written and verbal
The region includes the following countries: Romania, Poland, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary
