What You Will Do

Supporting Our Clients

Together with our other team members, you will be responsible for executing client projects and supporting our clients via email and phone support.  Specifically this includes:

  • Composing market research questionnaires using FlavorWiki software, using templates developed by FlavorWiki. 
  • Implementing change requests from the client to get the survey questionnaire perfect.
  • Coordinating technical team to launch and execute online surveys, with support of FlavorWiki team.  Using proprietary tools and email marketing tools.
  • Supporting other team members in composing and formatting reports of research findings.

 

Supporting Our Users

Responsible for supporting our consumer users (the people who answer surveys) during ongoing studies.  Specifically this includes:

  • Validating user submissions on product reviews from all over the world.
  • Answering user tickets (in English using a translation engine) to support user development.
  • Recruiting users in coordination with our social media manager.
  • Monitoring survey completion metrics.

 

Who You Are

  • Experienced in online administrative operations or consumer research (1-3 years experience in an online company).
  • Looking for a dynamic environment where you can see your contribution have direct impact on the development of the product and business.
  • Experience or knowledge of email marketing tools, social media and other online promotional tools.
  • Experience using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM (Pipedrive is a plus).
  • Fun, reliable, trustworthy, brave and resilient.
  • Capability to work in spoken and written English.
  • Able to dedicate full time, mostly during normal working hours, with frequent group video calls, communication with email and Slack.
