More details about the role: 

The position is a support role with accountability for reporting business with revenue & margin performance, providing reporting/analysis, driving standardization, continuous improvement and consistency across aligned accounts.

This role transform data into information that can be utilized to make business decisions and actions.

Reporting analysts frequently work across business lines, conferring with managers and executives to gather requirements and specifications while developing enhanced data and reporting tools. They work directly with team leaders to gain a better sense of the current shortcomings in reporting technology and devise solutions to enhance reporting and data management. 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly reporting on business trends and account performance
  • Prepare business documents and presentations for upper management and executives
  • Adhere to the timelines as specified by the client for deliverables
  • Validating the QBR/MBR output
  • Provide necessary support for SLA contract change management
  • Focus account management (periodic detailed analysis of key accounts to drive SLA achievement)
  • Provide input around SLA calculation and mitigation in line with contractual agreements
  • Implement the agreed governance process with the stakeholders (virtual participation in weekly/monthly meetings both with the customer and internal stakeholders)
  • Capable to actively contribute to team focus, ensuring complex office environments and business processes are in place
  • Manage escalations and offer assistance in complex issues
  • Maintain detailed process and procedures
  • Service improvement planning including root cause analysis
  • Use data-gathering and modelling strategies to provide an overview of new processes and enhanced procedures for business-wide reporting.
  • Designing and developing reporting tools that are then deployed across the organization.
  • Conduct routine audits of data storage systems and databases, conducting many tests and analysing the results before devising new solutions or finding ways to enhance data management solutions.
  • Attends/presents business presentation for upper management
  • Provide necessary support for SLA contract change management

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated teamwork and adaptable to workgroup environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated excellent customer care, satisfaction and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient MS Office experience
  • Programming language as Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), SQL database, Web evelopment is a plus
  • Solid planning and organizing ability
  • High level of motivation, maturity & dependability under high pressure situations
  • Ability to build strong relationships with remote teams
  • Experience in working within a shared services environment
  • Strong presentation skills
