The Role
The Reporting and Insights Analyst works closely with Client Success, Student Success, Admissions and Regional Recruitment teams to deliver. Alongside the client delivery and marketing information team, you will manage consistent, timely execution of project tasks, ensuring that QSES is seen as an extension of our partner institutions.
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Intermediate to advanced excel skills in data cleansing, manipulation and analysis

The role is based in our Bucharest office and occasional international travel may be required to either visit other offices or clients.
Role Functions
Primary responsibilities within the Business Intelligence function:
- Generate, prepare and analyse standardised reports and dashboards including but not limited to
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual
- Produce written acompanying narrative to be understood by a variety of stakeholders
- Monitor and analyse KPIs, thereby identifying risks, errors, issues and improvement opportunities
- Support in the creation of new reports and dashboards, as well as optimising existing reports
- Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to maximise the value of QSES’ global dataset
- Tailor reporting to best meet clients needs
- Monitor engagement levels with existing reporting, troubleshooting and identifying gaps
- Increase the efficiency and quality of the Business Intelligence function; endeavour to streamline processes and reports where possible
- Manipulate and interpret large sets of business data
- Support executive management, client, sales and operational teams in providing key insights
- Assist with relevant projects and manage ad-hoc queries, including preparation of other reports
