Job in our project will be to ensure ASPICE compliat handling and traceability of requirements in following areas:

• Fusa (functional safety) with support of Safety Manager
• SystemRequirements with support of SystemArchitect
• Compliance / homologation / Certification with support of PL Qualification
• ProjectManagement with support of PM
• Hardware with support of HW PL
• Mechanics with support of Mechanics PL

What You Will Do

List the professional and/or technical competencies needed when performing the key responsibilities of the position.  Explain the degree to which this position affects the business (. making decisions, defining or setting strategy, etc.). Please further explain the breadth of the impact this position has (. affects own team, department, function, division, geography, etc.).

• Follow and track Requirement Engineering Process strategy within project, aligned to project specific process requirements

• Setup of technical and organizational reference structure (“T + O”) for requirements management
• Setup and maintain DOORS infrastructure (. formal modules, link moduls etc.) for the project
• Create and maintain DOORS modules for specification (. TRS, ARS, SYARS, ADOC etc.)
• Provide all necessary import, maintain and export customer requirements in DOORS
• Ensure availability of customer requirement specifications for all project stakeholders in DOORS format
• Define and create requirements baselines
• Organize RFQ Kick-Off meeting for functional owners (in cooperation with Project Manager)
• Distribute customer requirements to stakeholder (. Functional Owner, Project Manager) for analysis and derivation of system requirements
• Clarify ambiguous requirements with internal or external customer
• Track and report missing analysis information
• Track and report completeness of traceability/linking
• Setup and maintain RE specific statistics and report reguarlary (. RE newsletter, Message of the day)
• Implement formal reviews of technical requirement modules and plan & track content reviews
• Handling of GCRS document (Norms, Standards,...)

What You Need

• Good knowledge of requirements management
• Good knowledge of requirements management standard process
• Good knowledge of RFI/RFQ process
• Good knowledge of Requirements Management Tool “DOORS”, Doors DXL script language and Doors exchange mechanism
• Good knowledge of configuration management rules and tools especially baselining
• Basic knowledge of process models (. Automotive SPICE®)
• Basic knowledge of embedded software and system
