Requirements Engineer (Business Analyst)

Job description

Locations: Tg. Mures, Cluj Napoca, Brasov

We are looking for a professional Requirements Engineer (RE Engineer). Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that we optimize the user experience for more than 100 million users. Your main activities will be to:

• correctly understand, analyze, define and document requirements
• act as an interface for clarification between development teams and product definition
• have a good technical understanding of the requirements
• document the project, from a RE point of view

Job requirements

You need

• 2 or more years working in Requirements Engineer/Business Analyst
• Great communication skills 
• Ability to de-escalate situations calmly and professionally
• Ability to spot flaws and inconsistencies
• Fluent English

Any of those will increase your chances

• Certification(s) in relevant fields
