We are Eforie Sud Hotels and we accommodate over 10.000 guests/year, in our resort, which consists in: two hotels, two restaurants, one sky-bar and a Treatment Clinique. Hence:
Hotel Edmond is a three-star midscale hotel with: 54 rooms (apartments and double rooms); 200+ restaurant with terrace, a bar and a pool.
Hotel Cosmos around 150 rooms (and apartments) of accommodation; 1 skybar; 23 cabinets of medical treatments, relaxation and wellness, as well as a 400+ restaurant.
The Hotel Manager in Training will receive unrivalled hands-on experience of hotel operations and people management. The manager in training’s responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which will include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings, working in all departments at two seafront hotels and a full-service restaurant, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation.

Main Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the management team.
· Meet KPI’s and P&L; as well as set goals and KPI’s for others.
· Exercise a savvy financial approach with a focus on revenue generation & growth, cost containment, productivity.
· Responsible for repeat bookings and upsells.
· Refining, creating, and managing systems to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Operations: Responsible with the daily operations of the hotel (and) (or) restaurant overall ensuring the property meets sanitation and cleanliness standards. Oversees the control of operating costs. Communicates with guests and ensures exceptional services. Communicates and investigates all employee and guest safety and complaints. Participates and leads in revenue management process. Effective communication with the Resort management team. Reviews and completes long term and short-term goals of the resort. Regularly inspects property for smooth operations and overall presentation of the hotel.
- Employee Development: Completes and assigns the following processes to department managers: recruiting, hiring, training and employee development.
- Customer Relations: Communicates clear, and effectively. Continuously reviews staff overall training and customer service.
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Participating in meetings and other learning opportunities.
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
- Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
- Working at different properties and participating in daily operations as required.
Experience Required:
· At least 4 years experience in hospitality.
· At least 4 years in any managerial position.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / MBA
· Advanced Romanian & English both writing and speaking.
· Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.
· Hospitality industry experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
