Resourcer

We are looking for a talented Resourcer to join our office in Iasi.

Our client is a specialist agency in the renewables, energy supply and the energy management space.
Most of their customers are in the UK and are household names like Shell, Eon and Gentrack.

This is a full time position with the possibility to grow and develop within the Recruitment Energy and Technical sector.

They need help finding candidates and you will be help them in running the searches and identifying prospective candidates.
You’ll use their database, contacts, Linkedin and Job boards to find profiles. You’ll manage a list of job hunting candidates and keep in contact with them.

You’ll then qualify a candidate against a job description and work through any likely issues.
