Retail Manager

Ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably business administration, sales or other relevant area);
• Retail experience of at least 5 years;
• Experience as a retail manager or a similar managerial position of at least 3 years;
• Solid knowledge of retail management and best practices in retail industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Very good organizing and leadership skills;
• Analytical skills and a very good understanding of the principles of data analysis;
• Excellent management skills of complex projects and processes;
• Very good negotiating skills;
• Very good knowledge of Excel;
• English – Advanced Level (min. B2/C1)
• Driving license B category

Responsibilities:

• Create the annual sales strategy for the retail business line;
• Elaborate, propose and monitor the budget for the IQOS Division;
• Streamlining operational costs;
• Establish and monitor objectives for the business line and for the team;
• Elaborate reports and sales analyses for the area of responsibility and make proposals to streamline costs and activities;
• Responsible for the coordination and development of the team members;
• Involved, together with the HR department, in recruitment, integration, retention, motivation and evaluation of team members;
• Provide support to the team in achieving individual goals and take appropriate actions in case of low performance;
• Ensure that all activities specific to the retail business line are implemented according to the business strategy.
