Retail Portfolio & Business Monitoring Manager

Responsibilities:

• Defining sales targets for the Retail business line:

• Modeling forecasts and business targets;
• Business strategy - impact analysis;
• Generating the database of target customers in sales campaigns and monitoring the results.

• Monitoring the business and analyzing the impact of proposals related to:

• Product price adjustments;
• Schemes for stimulating the sales force and the results for performing the remuneration;
• Identifies x-sell opportunities in the portfolio that recurrently generate sales opportunities for sales channels and implements sales proper sales actions (campaigns, contests, etc);
• Responsible for the maintenance activities of the retail customers portfolio;
• Constant communication with the sales force on the topic of their achievements and objectives, as well as the line of business.

Requirements:

• Previous reporting/controlling experience in RETAIL area, in sales and/or lending;
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Access;
• Analysis capabilities, attention to details;
• Good English spoken and written;
• Very good people skills;
• Previous experience in retail area and banking would be a plus.
