Main Duties:

She/he sells adidas sports products (clothes, footwear and accessories) in the store where she/he is working, observing adidas standards and she/he is responsible for the adidas store.

Essential Powers and Duties:

• She/he is part of the personnel taking delivery of the products received in the store.
• She/he provides together with the taking-delivery personnel, the taking-delivery of the products received and the preparation of the documents related to such activity.
• She/he receives and delivers the products from the store in accordance the internal regulations and the sale manual.
• She/he provides the unloading from and loading in means of transportation of the products upon compliance with the work security and fire prevention and extinguishing rules.
• She/he records in the administration chart the administration inputs and outputs.
• She/he keeps the justifying documents relating to stocks.
• She/he participates in the monthly inventorying of the merchandise stock.
• She/he reports to her/his hierarchical superior any discrepancy between the physical stock and the documented one.
• She/he is materially liable for the losses, guilty deterioration, appropriation for herself/himself or alienation of the administered products.
• She/he offers information about the stocks.
• She/he ensures the stock movement.
• She/he keeps the storage spaces, in the store and access ways, in order and clean, and insures the products against deterioration or theft.
• She/he keeps the records of all received products (including their specifications, quantities, store input date etc.) and informs her/his hierarchical superior of the products status in due time.
• She/he sells adidas sports items and equipment.
• She/he arranges the merchandise in accordance with the visual merchandising standards.
• She/he greets the clients and assists them in their purchasing the desired products.
• She/he identifies the clients’ needs and recommends them the type of products meeting their demands.
• She/he presents the products, offering the clients information about technologies, material structure, design and quality of products, and about the use and maintaining of the products.
• She/he folds and packs the products the clients have bought.
• Depending on the size of the store and the duties assigned by her/his direct supervisor, she/he cashes the payment for the goods.
• She/he participates in cleaning the store at the beginning/end of the shift, and whenever necessary during work time, if there are no clients in the store.
• She/he daily verifies the existence of alarms at the products exhibited in the store.
• She/he arranges the products in the warehouse, alarms and prices all products.
• She/he helps with decorating the store during visual merchandising campaigns according to the adidas schedule.
• She/he complies with the store program and during work time she/he wears only her work equipment, including the badge.
• She/he assists the store/shift supervisor in the daily operations of the store and complies with the supervisor’s instructions.
• She/he is in charge of the merchandise stock in the store, including the one in the store warehouse, and participates in the periodical and ad hoc inventorying.
• She/he has the duty to permanently keep herself/himself well informed and to comply with the provisions of adidas internal regulations and sale manual.
