Role purpose:

To contribute to the design and management of the most effective reward and benefits structure to deliver Vodafone Romania Strategy.

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Contributes to the effective implementation of the Reward Strategy of Vodafone Romania through activities like:

o Managing merit increase & bonus payment processes as Project Manager;

o Performing Job evaluation, organizational architecture & salary surveys;

o Smooth & effective offering process to attract talent;

o Managing international mobility

  • Contributes to the effective implementation of the Benefits Strategy of Vodafone Romania through activities like:

o Managing or supporting benefits contracts negotiations & implementation for employees;

  • Lives and promotes the values of the company in all his/her activities; customer focus and care, trust, teamwork and high performance ; role model cross-functional cooperation, with the Group and across all functions of the company

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in Reward policies and practices within corporate environments (+1 year of relevant experience)
  • Skilled in managing budgets/employment cost
  • Project management skills
  • Analytics & interpretation of data
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and influencing at managerial level.
