Mission:

As a Raider/Delivery Community Manager your mission will be to improve the interaction with our riders so that the collaboration with Tazz will be transparent, efficient and very pleasant.

Position Summary:

• Design and implement a strategic plan which will improve drivers and riders satisfaction and affiliation;
• Design and implement satisfaction KPIs and measure the success rate;
• Improve riders and drivers interaction touch points in orders to maximize efficiency and satisfaction;
• Elaborate and coordinate surveys and focus groups in order to understand pain points for drivers and riders;
• Managing the communications, decisions, messages, for riders and drivers in order to have transparent and clear flow;
• Make weekly delivery test flow in order to get in a rider or driver shoes;
• Elaborate, implement and the onboarding flow;
• Owner of the drivers and riders gamification plan;
• Create a community of riders and drivers, a set of values and a homogeneous group identity.

Mandatory Skills and Abilities:

• Amazing communication, negotiation and planning skills;
• Social skills and results – oriented constructive thinking;
• Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day;
• It’s crucial you enjoy being a part of this kind of startup-within-a-startup team while leading your own bits of the operation;
• Good English and local communication language skills.
