The Robotic Process Automation Business Analyst will become part of our team in the EH Romania - Bucharest office and will be in charge of gathering and creating the process definitions used for automation after assessing optimization areas.

We would be happy to welcome you in our team if you would like to have the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in automation solution workshops to help understand existing process shape the best fit solution
  • Responsible for the as-is process mapping and collaboration to create future state solution
  • Provide support to automation implementation team throughout the deployment of new software during dev/ test/ pilot phases
  • Acting as a communication bridge between business and implementation team
  • Understanding of business requirements and clearly documenting them
  • Facilitating the mitigation of risks and issues throughout the deployment phase
  • Delivering demos, automation specific training and awareness sessions.
  • Analyse business process documentation and identify automation opportunities
  • Scoping, Sizing, Business Impact estimation in relation to process automation

This position has no direct reports.

 

We will be pleased to welcome you in our team, if you have/are: 

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner in Finance and Accounting, HR or ITO services
  • Lean / Six Sigma or similar certificate is a plus
  • Strong process minded thinking, problem solvers/ solution oriented
  • Fluent written and spoken English another European language is a plus (French, German, etc.)
  • Independent, detailed oriented worker
  • Thinker and analyser - with the ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments
