RPA Developer

The RPA Developer will become part of our team in the EH Romania - Bucharest office and will be in charge of designing, developing, testing the automation workflows and supporting implementation RPA solution. He / she will works under alignment with the Senior RPA Developer and closely with the RPA Business Analyst in documenting / recording process details and with the engagement team in implementing/testing the solution (manage exceptions) as well as maintenance/change control of existing artifacts.

• Implements solutions in-line with designed architecture/backbone of process automation
• Designs the functional solution as per documented process requirements, in alignment with Senior RPA Developer (peer review of developed code as per Development Standards)
• Develops the functional code segments as per the functional documentation provided by Business Analyst, in alignment with Senior RPA Developer (peer review of developed code as per Development Standards)
• Tests the functions for correct execution, ensuring multiple functions produce the expected results
• Integrates all the developed functions into an end-to-end functional solution
• Assists Product Owner during User Acceptance Testing,
• Ensures the product is closely monitored during first weeks of execution in Production environment, applying agile methodology to quickly re-program the defects identified
• Documents the developed artifacts, as per the requirements, and ensures solution is accepted by Product Owner and validated by Senior RPA Developer, meeting the standard audit and quality requirements
• Responsible to contribute the creation and implementation of RPA Development Standard, ensuring its adoption by auditing all 3rd party code planned for release in Production environment
• Responsible to assure the coordination and alignment with the development teams of the EH group applications
• Responsibility to assure that the EH Group and Allianz security requirements and processes are considered in the developments
• Responsibility that audit requirements for RPA are respected in the setup of the RPA processes

• Confident in the usage and functionality of RPA software, openness to work on new technologies is mandatory.
• Excellent programming/software development background.
• Minimum experience of 3 - 4 years in .Net, Java or VB/VBA and PowerShell is a strong  plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML, any scripting language and dealing with SQL databases are a plus
• Worked with varied source and target systems like flat files, XML files, Excel, Web based, desktop and terminal applications like mainframe and other CUI applications
• Excellent, proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional requirements
• Good communication skills in both written & verbal English (and worked global/multicultural environment)
• Basic to average understanding of the business processes to be automated & increase efficiency
• Previous experience in application or implementation support domain is a plus
• Previous 1 year experience working with RPA tools is a plus
• Worked on Agile based project in past will be added advantage
