RPA Process Manager and Bot Designer

Responsabilities :

• You are part of the Process Management team and you will lead interdisciplinary teams in a process improvement projects with focus on RPA implementation – starting with process discovery, RPA suitability evaluations, bot design/deployment until Go-live

• Plan, mobilize and manage process improvement / RPA implementations end-to-end and act as single point of contact to our internal “RPA customers”

• Perform business process analysis, identify process improvement opportunities and define most suitability improvement solution

• Design and specify the to-be (robotized) process

• Develop the to-be process in the UiPath and ensure a high-quality go-live and hypercare

• Perform change management actions to ensure further adoption of RPA in the organization

• Establish RPA design standards and constantly scout RPA market trends

Our expectations:

• Degree in Information Management / Computer science / Business administration

• 3+ years professional experience in the business process management and re-engineering area

• 2+ years professional experience in Project Management with strong customer-centricity focus

• 2+ professional experience in RPA engagements/automation projects

• Experience in RPA technology from UiPath and hands-on expertise in the development of bots and robotized processes

• Experience in overall automation spectrum – from Business Process Management tools, RPA to cognitive

• Good knowledge with SAP ERP, Microsoft suite, C+, VBScript, API integration

• Experience in IT-architecture and security

• Strong communication and change management skills

• Passion for change, creativity and new ideas

• Travel willingness to Germany (25%)
