Key responsibilities:
Accountable for end-to-end sales process for RPA Business Unit
- Identifies business opportunities by learning and understanding clients ‘business process optimization needs.
- Delivers offer presentations to customers, displaying a consultative sales approach and an upsell strategy, targeting profitability protection/increase by long-term engagement.
- Prepares complete offers (UiPath licenses + implementation services + maintenance services) customized based on clients ‘needs.
- Manages contract design, review and signage, integrating feedback from legal, finance and delivery departments.
Key Account Management
- Develops and maintains win-win relationships with customers targeting sales increase.
- Identifies and builds new business opportunities inside an already acquired account.
- Regularly educates the customer about the latest technology updates in the industry.
Personal Development:
- Permanently keep herself/himself updated with respect to the latest technology trends in the intelligent automation industry.
- Attend courses and seminars agreed within Career Path session with the direct manager in order to maintain a proper level of understanding and engagement with the technology side of the business unit.
Important to have:
- University Degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or in the field of exact sciences
- Fluent in English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great work ethics
- Proactive, motivated, persevering, team player, open-minded, results-oriented
- Previous work experience: 4 years
- Willingness to travel
