Ruby on Rails Developer

Integrations with Finnair or Wolt systems make it the only such product on the market and its so far only confirms the needs of users.

Required skills

• 4+ years of Ruby on Rails development experience;
• Ruby (Rails).

Nice to have skills

• Java;
• SQL (MySQL);
• Docker;
• CI/CD (Jenkins);
• HTML/CSS/JS (basic)
• Experience in working with a legacy code is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional features.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle- design, development, testing, deployment.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Adhere to the agreed project management methodology.
