We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist with Russian and English skills that are mandatory

Support of salеs community: Sаlеs locatеd in diffеrеnt countriеs of our markеt Tеlеsаlеs locаtеd in аny of our hubs dеlivеring salеs sеrvicеs for thе company
Supports the sаles community with profеssionаl trаining's rеlatеd to the sаlеs opеrations еnd to еnd.Supports the sales individuals on process and admin activities.
Offers to the sales representatives help on the operational activities in all the sales stages:
Monitors the sales compensation as per the delivered orders
Maintains our customer data base
Helps on order management and disputes
Creates and maintains reports relates to the sales activities and the sales compensation
Collects all the needed proves or documents needed to make a sales dispute on the compensation

Helps on improving and creating internal processes and internal training's dedicated to support the sales community:

Internal Dynamics – customer and territory assignment
Eclipse – offering creation and processing
Consultancy on different internal processes and tools needed to complete different sales stage
Any of the needed processes and procedures or tools relevant for the well being of the business in our market
Offers consultancy and information related to the sales compensation calendar and deadlines
Tracks record of the assisted requests
If necessary, helps the manager or team leader with:
May assist the manager in the recruiting process
Assists on the integration of training of the new team members
Contributes to the efficient utilization of the available resources
May offer back up assistance for the Team Leader or Manager

- University degree

 Typically, 2-3 years of customer experience and support

 Masters English and an additional market needed language (eg. Russian etc)

 Masters Microsoft Office tools (eg. excel)
