We are looking for a Sales Acquisition Team Leader & Tender Specialist for the commercial department of our client, a global operational leasing company headquartered in Bucharest.
Your mission is to lead the Acquisition Executives to reach their objectives and to contribute to the performance objectives of the Business Managers in signing new clients.
Your responsibilities will comprise the following tasks:
- Ensure that the Acquisition Executives know and understand what is demanded of them;
- Provide coaching to the Acquisition Executives through effective and proactive feedback and guidance to ensure team targets are met;
- Organize the work of the acquisition team by distributing activities and assigning priorities;
- Safeguard the calling hours (by the Acquisition Executives and from other employees) as well as the promptness to providing quotations;
- Define the annual objectives of the Acquisition Executives and monitor performance to ensure the objectives of the acquisition team are met;
- KPI’s follow up: number of calls, number of appointments made, leads/ prospects conversion indicators, number of new customers signed;
- Check the activity of the acquisition team through CRM dashboards;
- Coordinate work with the Business Managers and the Sales Team Managers to ensure handover of new clients to the Account Managers;
- Coordinate campaigns with Marketing (where applicable);
- Team and people management:
- Share and explain information, knowledge and experiences to enable the team to put it into practice;
- Give direction, maintain an active attitude and instill a high level of motivation;
- Organize performance reviews and, if needed, disciplinary actions .
- Preparation and management of global and local tenders;
- First point of contact for clients in case of local tenders and for IBO (International Business Office);
- Harmonize client requests with business needs and goals both locally and globally;
- Member of global tender committee, responsible for Romania.
Our offer for this position will be:
- fix salary: between 4000 and 4500 lei (net);
