Sales Administrator

We are looking for an Sales Administrator on behalf of our client an award-winning energy consultancy. Their mission is to achieve the highest quality and provide the best service in the energy industry and to realize this, it’s critical that their customers are onboarded successful.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be tasked with creating dashboards, reports, custom fields and objects, training new end users and supporting the use of Salesforce. We are looking for somebody who is eager to learn and is passionate about unleashing the potential of Salesforce to bring innovation and efficiency to our fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with the team working with them to enhance the companies use of Salesforce
• Participate in workshops, and document business processes
• Design, implement and document processes within Salesforce by translating business requirements into Salesforce build specifications
• Perform Salesforce configuration including creation of objects, fields, workflows, reports and dashboards
• Provide system training to the business and act as a subject matter expert
• Report on issues and make recommendations

Skills:

• Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM system)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Passionate and keen to learn
• Experience in Salesforce administration
• Salesforce Certification is highly desirable
