 What you’ll do on a typical day:  

• Collect and analyze data to evaluate existing and potential clients, markets, products, and business opportunities;
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate monthly and annual sales goals and forecasts;
• Compile and analyze data over time, to forecast sales trends;
• Communicate with management team regularly;
• Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity;
• Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources;

What you need to succeed at XPO:   

 At a minimum, you’ll need:

• University Degree in Marketing, Communication or related;
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software;
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills/ English and Romanian languages;
• Experience in sales area;
• A high level of organization and detail-orientation;
