At Deltatel, almost 20 years we have provided across Europe telecom services that enable operators, large companies and public institutions to offer voice, data and video communication solutions to end users.

As per our  “Company for next generations” initiative, we are introducing a new business line of “distribution network” for IoT cutting-edge products and solutions. and currently we are building a new team with great people who will design, build, and lead this business line into the future.

We are actively looking for a Germany-based Sales and Channel Development Manager with start-up mentality, who is up for an exciting new challenge!

What will you do:

  • Drive top line revenue within all segments including Enterprise, Channel and Inside sales;
  • Establish strong channel network;
  • Develop consistently a strong pipeline of opportunities;
  • Ensure sustainability of revenue and surpass sales targets quarterly and annually ;
  • Develop high level relationships with executives of key partners to leverage 2 tier indirect sales model;
  • Contribute to develop innovative solutions and ideas to find and drive incremental revenue.

What skills we are looking for:

  • A strong cultural fit with high growth, hands on and teaming culture;
  • 5+ years of Sales experience in the digital technology sales (IoT, IT, telecom, etc);
  • Proven record of building and implementing sales strategies that visibly increased revenue;
  • A strong leader with proven track record of exceeding goals, targets, KPIs and objectives;
  • Excellent Communication skills with ability to efficiently interact with Clients, Channels, Key stakeholders, Team Members at all levels;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Self-motivation with high energy, strong drive, ambition and determination;
  • Excellent written and spoken English. German would be a high plus.
