Sales & Project Coordinator (Engineer) for T. D. Williamson / Cis Gaz Channel Partner Romania Territory
Mission:
Develop and implement approved sales & marketing strategies for specialized Oil & Gas pipeline services
and product sales. Coordinate business aspects and projects execution, in an accountable and efficient
manner
Accountabilities: Tasks:
• Implement an effective Go-to- Market strategy (10%)
• Sales Conduct (50%)
• Sales planning & reporting (10%)
• Project Coordination & Supervision (30%)
− Contributes towards the definition and ensures execution of a Go-to-Market strategy,
− Works closely with the organization to develop sales programs designed to give to the company a position of leadership within the industry, and implements such programs - effectively developing and maintaining
strategic market intelligence, including competition’s offerings, ensures the information is shared within the organization and recommends changes to maintain a competitive position,
− Ensures that the business can achieve its annual revenue targets, by proactively securing the orders to build a timely backlog – doing so by driving the identification of business opportunities, the development, negotiation & closure of commercial deals with new or existing customers,
− Selects, evaluates and qualifies opportunities
− Communicates inquires, receives, assesses, develops and delivers timely, compliant & compelling technical and commercial proposals that serve as effective vehicles to set-out the offered solution and pave the way for a smooth handover of a secured order,
− Provides information to support effective sales & operational planning and assists in effective business forecasting,
− Prepares all necessary reports, forecasts and other reports as requested by the organization in a timely and accurate manner,
− Evaluates projects requirements and coordinates the resources
− Ensures proper project preparations and compliance with local law and customer regulations
− Attends project executions, coordinates field teams, off site project management and customer representatives
− Provides translation between foreign technicians and customer representatives when needed
− Ensures documentation completion of the project and provision of feedback on field performance

• Knowledge,
skills & abilities required
− Commercial and/or (college) engineering university degree, with min 5
years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry. Mechanical engineer
− Strong commercial skills (relating, questioning, listening, positioning, checking and presence),
− Ability to deal and negotiate
− Organizing skills
− Communication skills
− Fluent in English
− Excellent computer skills (MS office, internet). CRM experience and/or autocad knowledge is appreciated, but not a mandatory requirements
− Travelling is required for this position. Mainly in country, sporadically abroad
− Customer visiting and presence on job-sites is a requirement (not for extensive periods)
