SALES AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADER

The position reports hierarchically to the General Manager.

THE POSITION AND THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Role:
          Be part of next step with regards of company organigram development, taking the lead and responsibility for ensuring company and the team proper development in direction of customer orientation and team work.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead the sales and project management team ;
- Develop current business partenership in the direction of profesional character of business ;
- Identify potential partners for business development from local to local and East European area ;
- Evaluate project management team, realize a strategy for team development in direction of company and customer expectation ;
- Evaluate the actual projects cost calculation procedure, restructure and addapt to the necesity and next years business model ;
- Evaluate the curent projects cost structure, propose feasible solution in direction of cost harmotization and compensation to be in resonable product margins;
- Be part of customers meeting , finding solution in direction of time plan finalization in best practice possible;
- Evaluate projects KPI , take appropiate decisions , lead the next steps of project realization in the direction of timing and cost achivement and control ;
- Evaluation of project cost , give authorization and keep under control the project cost and realization and implementation ;
- Is part of price negotiation with business parteners for initial projects awarness and later is part during the yarly price renegotiation ;
- Lead the sales visit to diferent business parteners in direction of new business and current business development ;
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards;
- Attend meetings with the legal department to ensure any contractual obligations are favorable to the company.

Professional and personnel expectations :

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in an international company;
- Bachelor's degree Technical , Finance and or a similar field preferred;
- Good knowledge of English, German will be considerate an advantage;
- Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative, fair and kind and be example of integrity for his team and parteners;
- Clear comunicator, strong organizational backgroung, diplomacy, good influention person in the core area;
- Ability to negotiate projects and situations, to be a team player and confident in his team;
- Experience with SAP or willing to learn within short periode of time .
