We are looking for a responsible Sales Assistant to help organize our office in Bucharest. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets, its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties
- Providing customer support by phone or by email
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents
- Liaising with internal departments (in Romanian and in English) and communicating with the clients
- Tracking inventory in the central warehouse and placing orders
- Support for accountancy - issuing and filing invoices and other accounting documents
- Support for human resources - collection and periodic transmission of HR documents
- Support for purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication – Romanian and English
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. SAP would be an advantage
- High quality organizer, problem solver and time management capability
- Ability to work autonomously when required, but also be a team player.
