Sales Executive with English

For our client a leading provider of SCM software solutions we are looking for a Sales Executive

Candidate:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in solution selling in the area of IT systems (SCM, ERP),
- Thorough understanding of the Romanian logistics market is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills,
- Excellent negotiation skills,
- Proficiency in English,
- Ability to travel
- Driving license (B)

Responsibilities:
What we need from you is to develop and maintain sales and customer relationships, actively get involved in spotting new customers and projects, develop a highly effective channel network, set & negotiate prices in accordance with the defined pricing policies, analyze, develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.

- Responsible for executing company’s sales strategy,
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects,
- Developing of sales pipeline,
- Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction,
- Account management,
- Marketing plan execution.
