Sales Hunter, Outbound for the IT Industry

At Software Development Academy we teach people how to code and become programmers in
just a few months. We are currently expanding our sales team in Romania.

We are looking for an ambitious person, full of energy and with passion for sales in order to
join our team in Bucharest.

What do we expect from a future colleague:

First and most importantly, we are looking for someone who considers the
phone her/his best friend, with passion for talking with people on thе phone, and open to
challenges. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, loves and lives out of thе success of
her/his work, is always picking thе highest standards and never settles with “just enough”.
For this candidate, impossible is nothing, and he/she always keeps thе focus on what can be
done here and now, not on what he/she couldn’t achieve. Team player, solutions oriented,
customer “obsession”, are his/hers middle name. Has a backbone, takes ownership of
his/her own actions and always makes his/hers facts represent him/her, is a “doer”, not a
“teller”. Never settles until thе objective is reached, and keeps a strong, constant, consistent
focus on that. Loves competition, yet understands thе power of thе team, and acts accordingly.

Our new colleague should also have:

• Excellent communication skills; very good command of English
• Knowledge of MS Office tools, used to work with IT systems; general computer savvy
• Quick reaction on issues, problems and coming up with solutions
• Consistency, perseverance and ambition in his work
• The interest in a long-time commitment in a super-dynamic job
• Multi tasking skills
• Working in parallel with systems, attention to details
• Sharp mind, being able to understand perfectly a commercial offer, and to be able to present it thoroughly to thе customer
• Basic, decent knowledge about payments, invoices, in order to handle such information when customers are asking
• Basic technical background is a plus

 Job description:

• Cаlling the cliеnts accordingly to our procedurеs
• Nurturing our relationships with the clients
• Administration and archiving of contracts and related documents, according to our procedures.
• Knowledge or experience with CRM (we teach you our own, but it doesn’t have to be the 1st one you are ever seeing)
• Other administrative tasks when necessary
