What we expect from you:

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering or business administration
  • Basic understanding of engineering processes (automotive, aerospace, IT) 
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in sales processes
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

 What we'll ask you to do:

  • Participate to the mid-term and sector plans on your sales territories
  • Hunt new business opportunities in order to set up Altran in new sales territories
  • Manage your prospects and active clients portfolio
  • Generate leads through active prospection, sales and marketing campaign
  • Detect, select, prioritize and manage major opportunities to focus on
  • Drumbeat the relationship with the client (contract, purchase order, cash collection)
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify & summarize client needs in terms of resources to power the Strategic Resource Planning
  • Steer your KPIs (data quality and analytics) in Sales tools
