What we expect from you:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering or business administration
- Basic understanding of engineering processes (automotive, aerospace, IT)
- At least 3 years of previous experience in sales processes
- Effective communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English
What we'll ask you to do:
- Participate to the mid-term and sector plans on your sales territories
- Hunt new business opportunities in order to set up Altran in new sales territories
- Manage your prospects and active clients portfolio
- Generate leads through active prospection, sales and marketing campaign
- Detect, select, prioritize and manage major opportunities to focus on
- Drumbeat the relationship with the client (contract, purchase order, cash collection)
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Identify & summarize client needs in terms of resources to power the Strategic Resource Planning
- Steer your KPIs (data quality and analytics) in Sales tools
