XM Textiles Europe is a multinational company that produces and sells textiles for workwear.

Due to the expansion of the bussiness in Romania we are looking for: one colleague who speaks Serbian, Macedonian, Albanian

Sales manager (sales agent)- Bosnia, Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia

The ideal candidate

Experience in sales of at least 3 years in a similar position
B2B sales experience;
Experience in selling textiles is an advantage;
Knowledge of advanced consulting sales and negotiation techniques;
Results-oriented, persuasive and self-overcoming ability;
Able to effectively plan their activity and work individually and / or in a team;
Knowledge of the above languages is mandatory at advanced, written and spoken level;
English or Russian is an advantage;
Experience in MS Office Excel, Word etc.
Willing to travel in the interest of work, 3-5 quarterly trips in the country of interest;
Active, dynamic person, good communicator, with good work organization skills.

Job description:

Finding clients via the Internet in Bosnia, Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia

Contacting and establishing meetings with clients in the territory;

Negotiation, preparation and conclusion of contracts and commercial offers;
Development, maintenance and growth of the client portfolio;
