Main responsibilities:
- Active acquisition of potential customers, support, and maintenance of existing customers at strategic and operational level;
- Development of customer pool and further development of sales activities;
- Observation, analysis and planning of market potentials and development of new business fields;
- Global contracts checking and negotiation, price responsibility;
- Planning, preparation and tracking of customer orders;
- Optimize existing product margin by identifying cost optimization possibilities and address to customers;
- Identify and address to existing customers price variations due to various factors. (raw material increases, annual volumes not reached, exchange rate differences, etc.);
- Set up reports with defined metrics and milestones;
- Collaborate and permanently align with support departments and colleagues from Head Quarter.
Necessary skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of an automotive supplier, ideally experience with OEM’s, in plastics industry;
- Completed commercial or technical studies or equivalent education;
- Business fluent in English (German is an advantage);
- Global willingness to travel;
- Good assertiveness and organizational talent;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Good understanding of cost and price calculation, contracts negotiation;
- Efficient presentation and reporting skills.
