We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst for a fixed term contract (until end of 2020). Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the date base reports – sell-in/sell-out, etc.
- Creating the necessary merge in SAP for promotion, to ensure that Customers P&L is accurate by reflecting in customers PO’s the real business structure
- Ensure accurate management of TCM conditions across customers, without creating any exposure
- Support the sales team to ensure the accurate data in Accelerate management at customer level
- Provide weekly analysis from Accelerate at customer and brand level
- Securing the support for the sales team in Modern trade
- Securing the support for financial processes within the months, years as per requested timings by the company
- Providing all the requested data for the CM & KAM team
- Also, working in SAP, you will be responsible with posting disputes, updating prices and unlocking sales orders
Day to Day Activities
- Daily reports
- Analyses on sell in / sell out
- Accelerate management and reports
- Sales reports – Citrix, sell out reports
- Update TCM and TETS for every customers base on internal procedure
Education and Experience
- Minimum 1 years FMCG experience IN Sales/ Marketing Analyst
- Educated to minimum bachelors degree level ideally in a business related subject - from a recognized University
