Introduction
Sales Project Manager drives the sales process from identified potential to the final sales deal. He/she has the responsibility to reach established sales targets through actively meeting and working with customers and coordinating with the factory. Sales Project Manager is responsible for project reporting on weekly basis, assures and seeks to improve customer satisfaction and feedback through consistent customer interaction.
As our Sales Project Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
Tasks:
Specific Sales Project Manager responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed project plans
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
- Run the negotiations with the customer and secure the business to the agreed margins, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sale process
- Prepare sales proposals and tender to customers and salespersons
- Participate and contribute with the various risk assessments in order to ensure the proper balance between price and quality
- Chart out and monitors sales proposals and tenders, follow up statistics concerning sales proposals
- Actively support that payments from the customer are received in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract
- Actively assist other departments to ensure that contracts are executed correctly
Requirements:
Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
- IT Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes – user
-Advanced English – B2
-Experience in the sales role – minimum 5 years – ideally international environment
