Develop your career with the global leader in access solutions and join our commercial team in Bucharest! As a Sales Project Manager, you will be accountable for planning the activity in order to reach monthly sales objectives, gross margin, and key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow customer accounts; working with Architects, Investors, Developers, System Integrators, suppliers and other beneficiaries;
- Negociating projects and contracts and preparing the legal and technical documentation;
- Identifying and developing specific market opportunities;
- Building long term relationships with the customers;
- Providing reports, sales opportunities, business analyses and other documentation;
- Offering professional training and technical support for the customers;
You will be our choice:
- Customer oriented, self-driven, energetic, ambitious and have the ability to communicate effectively;
- A minimum 3 years experience in the door/access control industry and direct customer and contractor contact;
- Ability to read, interpret and manage architectural plans, specifications and hardware schedules;
- Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft and AutoCAD software preferred;
- Ability to build long term partnerships; Teamwork spirit;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively;
- Adheres to highest ethics to complying fully with ASSA ABLOY's Code of Conduct;
Candidate profile:
- Fluent in written/spoken Romanian & English;
- Driving license;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as a minimum educational level;
- Min. 3 years of sales experience;
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office;
