Asbis Romania is currently seeking qualified applicants for a Storage Solutions Sales Project Manager position
Job Responsibilities
Focused on projects sales, based on customer needs and problems. Identify new sales opportunities within customer needs by up-selling and cross-selling. Provide customers and potential customers information about company products and services.
Generate sales projects to achieve annual sales targets and KPI. Identify and develop new customer relationships by active sales and marketing activities.
Actively support that payments from the customer are received in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Assist other departments to ensure that contracts are executed correctly.
Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
Plan and manage sales project execution (presale and delivery). Establish, coordinate and manage sales project teams.
Collect and register in CRM information about a portfolio of accounts: contacts, preferred vendors\partners\distributors, business needs and interests.
Know, understand and provide information about ASBIS solution and product portfolio, vendor competitions. Managing communications between key clients and internal teams. Involve in communication product managers, presale engineers or other internal team members if it necessary.
Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with ASBIS products portfolio.
Maintain all required records of sales (Leads, RFQs, Sales projects) and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored. Keep projects pipeline “healthy” and up to date. Develop presale roadmaps and action plans to “close” the sale deals.
Manage and control gross margin and gross profit in each proposal or commercial offer. Controls shipments, reserves, order planning and the stock status for his sales projects. Consults with sales support team members (product manager, accountant, legal, logistic and etc) to control risks.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in promoting and selling servers, networking and storage systems of at least one of the leading manufacturers (Cisco, Dell EMC, Fujitsu, Hitachi Vantara, HPE, Huawei, IBM, Lenovo, NetApp, Nutanix, Oracle, etc.);
- Working experience in system integration, large customers or in the representative office of the leading manufacturers;
- Experience selling Hybrid cloud infrastructures solutions and services to Enterprises
- Experience in negotiating and presenting decisions;
- Ability and willingness to communicate with top officials of partner companies, as well as customers;
- Initiative, ability to work effectively both independently and in a team;
- Experience in writing technical and commercial proposals, concepts, justifications, etc. (preferably);
- Good Knowledge of English language;
