Sales Reporting Analyst

Urgent Cargus is seeking a Sales Analyst, reporting to theHead of Sales Department and to Head of Controlling. This position will act as an integrating role between various sales areas and finance, including sales operations and sales increase. Responsible for supporting all aspects regarding planning and reporting activities with a focus on leveraging sales analytics to create and update reports for tracking goals and sales performance.

Key Responsibility:

• Daily, weekly & monthly reporting and analysis of sales performance;
• Creating and amending reports as per the business requirements;
• Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends;
• Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively;
• Review past and actual sales data to determine trends in productivity;
• Proactively propose changes of the actual company systems and looking up of the integration of changes

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of financial analyst experience or in audit company;
• Collaborate with colleagues in order to improve and standardize current processes;
• Very good English language skills both written and spoken;
• Ability to handle confidential information and good analytical and reporting skills
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
• Punctual, reliable with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
