Sales representative

Responsibilities:

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential leads
• Provides general information about the products as well as information on their technical characteristics, to customers and potential customers
• Market research and prepare various reports / situations related to customers, current and potential
• Solving any problems with customers in collaboration with other departments
• Permanent development of the relationship with customers in order to achieve business objectives
• Performs back office activities within the sales department
• Update the company database - CRM system

Ideal candidate:

• Secondary or higher education
• Good communication skills, customer orientated
• Intermediate / advanced English language skills
• Knowledge of another language of international circulation is an advantage (Spanish, French)
• Knowledge of PC, MS Office, Internet, Outlook
• Pro-activity
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis
